We advise our clients on how to lawfully minimise their tax liabilities through efficient tax planning. We submit tax returns, resolve tax problems, advise on tax implications, advise on liquidation matters and generally aid clients with their personal financial affairs.
Accounting and Secretarial Services
Design and implement accounting systems, capture and record financial data. From this data on the software systems we prepare financial statements for banks, SARS, and monthly management accounting statements. Delivering up to date information on the status of an organisation to enable management to make decisions about the day to day running of the business.
Pastel Academy and Dealer
We offer training in Pastel software and are a registered dealer in Pastel software systems. We also implement these systems for our clients and supply them with on the job training and assistance when needed.
Financial statements and reports
We compile financial statements and act as compliance officers. Budgeting, cash flow forecasting, business plans and advice regarding corporate structures are all skills that clients expect to be available to them from our advisors.
Management Consultancy
Advising clients on the management of their businesses, to make them more profitable and effective. We often have an intimate business involvemenent with our smaller clients. We do valuations and advise when purchasing or selling of a business.
Compliance officers / reports
Accountants eview organisation systems, financial statements and accounting principles while checking the accuracy of the organisation's financial records. The accountant is responsible for issuing an opinion on whether or not annual financial statements fairly present organisation's results and financial position.
Salary administrator
Do salary calculations, payslips, pay sheets, IRP5's, IT3 and UIF paye and other contributions. Salary restructioning.
Forensic Internal Audit
Internal Audits and Forensic Audits. We were involved lately in a number of fraud investigations for clients and companies.
