The resort is situated next to the Ysterberg mountain. We offer both self catering and serviced accommodation. Two renovated railway guest houses and one cottage with articles related to the railway history and the beautiful lapa with railway bar complete this picturesque venue. For the more adventurous there is camping facilities, off road quad and motor biking trails. Nature lovers and bird watchers can experience the sunset in its natural beauty. There is also a communial swimming pool and trampoline. Guests can arrange for restaurant facilities, where you can enjoy true South African cuisine. The resort also offers a variety of services for unforgettable weddings.
There is a private chapel for the ceremony and a beautiful lapa for the reception afterwards. The lapa is also ideal for corporate functions, team building and conferences.
Lion excursion sight seeing can be done ( 5 km from resort only by prior arrangement ).
Our luxury bus can be booked for a day trip to the Kruger National Park and sight seeing trips ( by prior arrangement). We also offer our guests a ferry service if required. The Meropa Casino is 12 km on the N1. The Cheetah Breeding Project and Potgietersrus ( Mokopane ) Game Reserve is 25 km from the resort.
