Financial Manager needed in Limpopo

Reporting to the Director, the incumbent’s responsibilities include the following:

Requirements:
•B.Com degree/National Diploma in Financial Management
•5 years experience in a management and accounting
position at a senior level
•Sound knowledge of computer operating systems including , VIP Payroll, AccPacc and MS Office
•Experience in fleet management
•Experience in management of payrolls
•Knowledge of GAAP, Tax Laws, Companies Policies and Procedures

Responsibilities:
•Manages and leads the financial accounting team
•Manages annual business plans and quarterly forecasts
•Presents Financial business plans to management team, TAC, and Board of Trustees
•Compiles salary budgets
•Manages annual audits
•Presents financial statements to management team, TAC and Board of Trustees
•Prepares monthly financial reports for Director and management team
•Presents quarterly financial reports to TAC and Board of Trustees
•Prepares monthly consolidated income & expenditures statements for management team
•Monitors middle level financial controls
•Performs high level financial controls
•Manages cash and treasury functions
•Develops financial and management accounting functions
•Assists with procurement procedures for all projects
•Designs and manages controls systems for vehicles and immovable assets
•Consults with contractors regarding quotations
•Manages procurement for the entire Foundation
•Designs and installs financial controls
•Liaises with insurance consultants on regular basis
•Manages insurance systems
•Analyses current and future department technology needs of all departments in the Foundation and recommends new applications
•Administrates electronic banking
•Conducts risk reviews for the entire Foundation

Remuneration:
From R67, 000 to R110, 000 CTC per month
+ Medical Aid (50% company contribution)
+ Pension Fund (12.5% company Contribution)
+ R1107 housing allowance or R1802 bond subsidy
