SECRETARY/ PA to the Director – Limpopo

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Secretarial Diploma
• Computer Literacy: Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel,
Word
• 4 years relevant secretarial experience and office
administration

Advanced secretarial skills are required with regard to:
•Computer literacy (typing speed at least 35 words per minute)
•Event organizing
•Communication
•Confidentiality and accuracy in work

Responsibilities:
•Manages the Director’s office
•Keeps the Director’s diary
•Assists Director in setting up and keeping appointments with stakeholders
•Relays messages from the Director to his management team and Company employees
•Orders stationary and equipment required to perform duties
•Manages reception of the Director’s office
•Arranges functions and events of the Company and its projects
•Manages documentation of Director’s office according to and with regards to travelling, capital expenditure, and all other expenditures
•Arranges and take minutes at all Board, Management and other confidential meetings
•Performs administrative and secretariat aspects of the Company to ensure compliance with legislation •Assists Director to plan and manage all activities that should be scheduled and carried out throughout the year to ensure proper governance
•Assists the Director to ensure all Board structures and committees are in place and perform the appropriate board functions
•Ensures that all legal documentation are up to date
•Releases EFTs on the bank
•Ensures that safety and health standards are applied
•Writes and submit all compliance reports to the relevant legal bodies
•Performs the company legal secretariat function for the Foundation

Knowledge of:
•Recordkeeping is of utmost importance, especially with regard to legal requirements
•A good command of the English language
•Knowledge of any local language as deemed appropriate for the position
•Ability to demonstrate an exemplary behaviour and high values

Remuneration:
From R30, 000 to R41, 000 CTC per month
+ Medical Aid (50% company contribution)
+ Pension Fund (12.5% company Contribution)
+ R1107 housing allowance or R1802 bond subsidy
